What is Gasolysis?

This is thermal-catalytic conversion (pyrolysis)  of plastic waste, chemically recycled  into a naphtha fraction. The Naphtha is used as cracking-feed for the manufacturing of virgin plastics. Gasolysis technology can operated batchwise or on full continuous base. The capacity of a reactor starts with 200kg (batch per day) until 25tons (continuous per day).

What is Biolysis?

This is an anoxic conversion of biomass into Artificial Humic Substances and Hydrochar.
The humic substances are used as bio-stimulants for agricultural applications and as an activator for bioremediation of contaminated surface water. The hydrochar is used to Fixation of Carbon dioxide and  becomes a very interesting asset for the compensation of CO2, NOx, Sox, CH4 and N2O through ETS or Alternative Carbon Banks. The char is applied to poor and degenerated soils in order to increase the organic content and fauna of it.

As European licensee of the patented 
“Gasolysis” and “Biolysis” processes, Teknow Systems focusses on the
implementation of these technologies in the European Union.

Story

Started in the Netherlands in 2018 with the participation at the “Pyrolysis Proeftuin Moerdijk”, where multiple plastic waste streams were tested in the Teknow demo-plant.

Implement our depolymerization technology to make renewable products such as monomers for virgin plastics and petro-chemicals out of what is now considered a waste product

Vision
